    I am not very impressed with Mangopay.

    Verification was made when I opened the account with them by sending passport copies to them. Now the passport has not expired and I need to make an urgent withdrawal so out of the blue i am told i cannot withdraw my money without verification - again!

    OK - so this time I send copies of my driving licence only to be told this verification can take a week!!!. My circumstances on Delcampe have not changed. The only reason I can this they are doing this is because it is quite a large sum of money.

    This really is not good enough - it is my money not theirs and I have already jumped through their verification hoops before. Why are they doing this again??

    I withdraw my comments. The problem I discovered was not with Mangopay but with the browser I was using. My default browser was Google Chrome which has been causing all sorts of problems not only with Mangopay!
    Anyway just out of curiosity I tried to transfer using Firefox and everything went through smoothly.
    Problem solved!
