    I am getting payments into Mangopay not Paypal I cannot withdraw money as i cannot prove identity have no driving licence or passport, not getting much help from Delcampe can anyone help?

    Have you tried contacting Delcampe support directly via the 'Contact Us' tab at the bottom of the page?

    Yes they take ages to answer on email i haven't got a passport or driving licence now i can't get my money out. Might have to leave this site and i've sold some things. Can't phone as deaf

    I agree that they're not the quickest as they don't appear to have many people to deal with queries, but I suggest you hang in there - you've only been registered 5 days, so I'd give them a few more days and then send a reminder if they haven't got back to you.

    Thank you i want to stay here but cannot accept mango pay or remove the option so not sure what to do have had to take my listings off for now
