Am I Doing Something Wrong???

There is a postcard that has been listed for about a year and a half that I am interested in. The dealer that has it it is a Premium seller with 100% positive feedback and is in France. He speaks both French and English.
On the "Question" box, I noted that the card had a perforated edge on one side, so I was wondering if he could post a scan of the back side of the card. Well, he never responded and he never put up a scan of the back side of the card.
So a few days later, I placed another request in the "Question" box asking to see a scan of the back side of the card, with a reassurance that I am truly interested in the card.. I have honestly been respectful and polite both times! We both have 100% feedback and he has received over 16,000 positive feedbacks himself! I checked to see if he was on vacation or if was having trouble accessing the internet, but it was not the case. So I checked and saw that ha had been on Delcampe during the past 24 hours. he is asking 20 Euro for the card, so it's is not like I am asking about a card worth less than a dollar.
Oh well, that's what is happening. I can't figure out why he is ignoring me and what he may have against me!

The seller has probably nothing against you.
But alas, sellers are not obligated to answer any question... and some effectively do not answer.

Maybe the seller accepts lower bids, so you can try to get the card at a lower price?

I think I will do as you suggest and see what happens. If he sells the card to me, I will report it here!
