API issue: new Items not listing

    Hello,

    I'm wondering why the items I've added with the API haven't been listed for a few days now.
    The return status is ok:

    Array ( [Notification_Token] => xxx[Notification_Datetime] => 2025-06-05 20:48:17 [Notification_Data] => Array ( [Headers] => Array ( [Ressource] => item [Action] => POST [Status] => 200 ) [body] => Array ( [item] => Array ( [status] => Your request was taken into account! [personal_reference] => 322525 ) ) ) )

    I also recently subscribed to the "Store Plus" service to use personal references with the API, but this hasn't resolved the problem.

    Could you please check if there are any issues on your end? Is it possible that I might have inadvertently blacklisted your IP, or could there be another reason for this?

    Hi ak-lexikon,

    For the bulk upload, the item creations are done asynchronously. We're sending you a 200 response, meaning that the request has been taken into account.
    But if an error occurred during the item creation (ie: if we're not able to retrieve the images), a new notification callback is available to be notified if there was an error: Publish_Item_Error

    Just so you know, the personal references are already available if you subscribe to the API Pass. You don't need the Store Plus subscription.

    I don't see any item creation errors for the account "ak-lexikon".
    If you could give me an example with the personal reference and the account used to create an item, I will investigate more thoroughly

    Thanks for the helpful tip. I found the error.
    The IP was blocked due to too many failed attempts due to a missing image. I've now fixed the problem.
