    On this notification : Vinculo (https)
    The transaction_id returned when payment is paypal is the invoice_id but there is no way for us to fetch invoice from API = 404, perhaps because we are not the owner of the invoice.
    Can you replace or add the paymentNumber which belong to the seller and can be used ?

    Is it the Paypal invoice ID, viewed from the seller perspective?

    When the notification is for a paypal transaction, the transaction_id field is filled with transaction id provided by the Paypal callback, a 17 character long ID, as expected by the documentation you quoted.

    Maybe you're receiving this notification for a received payment that is not from Paypal?
