Every Item Update Fails since this morning !

    Hi Support since this morning the item update fails with error 400 err_item_incorrectRenewOrigin

    This is data array we pass for update an item (no changes at our end since some months):

    This error happens for every client and every item listed

    Hello Servitel

    In your call the renew value is: [renew] => null

    But it could be "null" as a string and we are expecting an integer here
    Can you try the call by removing the renew field to ensure it's the default (infinite renews) value?
    Also you can try to set it to "99" which is the max allowed when setting the field value

    without renew parameter works fine !

    One of your collegues in another thread here have suggested to use "null" instead of 99 because 99 is a parameter that will be deleted in the future

    in this thread Vinculo (https) support said 'null' should be a string (hence the quotes), which didn't make any sense but it did work;

    my topic about the same question earlier on Vinculo (https) was never answered by delcampe; what a wonderful support;

    the documentation has since been adjusted Vinculo (https) , i quote:

    "Accepted values and their meanings
    "null" (string) : renew until sold"

    thus, [renew] => "null" , as a string, should work;

    the remark "and we are expecting an integer here" is not correct, according to the documentation which says "Data type : integer|string"; but this string only applies to "null", not to "99" as wrongly suggested;
