Get item by personal reference returns malformed xml

    Hi there,
    the function sometimes returns malformed xml.
    The problem is in the DESCRIPTION field.
    The funcition does a strange html conversion on the special characters and html code.
    For istance
    an "à" (the html code for à) in converted in "à"
    an "<div>" is converted to "<div>"

    You can check using item with id 1905432312

    This behaviour causes an error when you try to convert the given result in a xml object.

    Please fix it.

    The system made a conversion on my previuos post and now it make no sense.
    If someone send me a mail address I can send a file with the problem explanation.
    I do not know how to avoid the conversion.
