As far as i understood delcampe pay is now relying on mangoPay ? Is there any way to get an (mangopay) API access for our account so we will be able to get our financial data ?
We need raw data to integrate into our financial app.
In Delcampe dashboard there is no way to export data except printing.
If you can share us the mango pay credentials linked to our account i can retrieve data from API myself.

Thank you for your message and your interest in Delcampe Pay. We regret to inform you that what you are requesting is unfortunately impossible, as our bank partner MangoPay does not provide API access for individual accounts.
However, we can offer you some alternatives to access your financial data on Delcampe:
1) You can either visit your Delcampe Pay account dashboard, which shows all financial movements made with your Delcampe Pay account: Vinculo (https)
or
2) you can filter your "Payments Received" page by selecting Delcampe Pay as the payment method: Vinculo (https)
.
From this page, you can export the data to a PDF file, but not in a CSV or Excel format. We realize that this does not allow for automated integration, but right now there is no alternative method to export data and such a feature is not present on our roadmap for the immediate future.
When does this change has happened?
I'm quite sure I've given my data to Delcampe for Delcampepay not to Mangopay. Now it seems my data are managed by Mangopay. Users has been informed?

What are you guys thinking about ???
Have you any ideas / information / data about your seller???
Do you really think it is a good idea, to check EACH day MANUALLY which customer has paid?
What a stupid waste of time!
Hurry up to create a new API resource to get the payment data!!!
The solution that will bring things to an end can only be to allow normal bank transfers again for a transitional period of, for example, 6 months. Then the new things can be made practical. The current approach is simply amateurish. When asked whether these wallets are insured by the European Deposit Protection Fund, there is still no answer from Delcampe! Kind regards
Delcampe is pushing Mangopay without professional API financial framework ? you really offer us filtering /csv manual workload ?
To the API team: surely you realise that this current setup is a NO GO - and professional sellers would run away if you cant close this gap shorttem. Would be nice to hear on Monday from delcampe business, that they go one step back before you API guys can offer us good API solution for tracking MangoPay transactions ....
We can only agree with the previous speakers. The employees at delcampe have not thought about this at all. Why does delcampe ignore the needs of the sellers? Perhaps the dealers need to join forces. Maybe then there will be a willingness to talk?
Of course, a platform has to be developed further and not every change will meet with everyone's approval, but if such a change leads to more work and not to more sales - then it's time to think about the consequences.
If delcampe is not prepared to enter into a dialogue - we offer ourselves for a dialogue with the retailers. If you are interested - please contact us at: seidel@akpool.de

I have tried several times to set up a kind of “advisory board/dealer representative” to work with Delcampe to set priorities in order to improve the platform. It takes a kind of voting as to which things are the most important and, above all, a look outside the box. Unfortunately, the suffering or interest in the past was probably not great enough, in any case there was hardly any encouragement or response, so yes my contact = ks@briefmarken-schneider.de
Kind regards

Dimitri, the comments to MangoPay from various Top-Sellers are very clear : we need a API solution top urgently. Most Probably you will not be able to integrate the needed MangoPaid field into the existing delcampe API within hours. BUT: I think you have now the obligation to go into the office of the delcampe business Management to address very clearly that we have here a very serious issue, that needs to be solved first of all by an appropriate bunsiness decision to go one step backwards with the MangoPay initiative - till you are ready to offer the needed delcampe API integration of the MangoPay "payed" field ....
btw : after you will have implemetend it in some weeks - we also need some weeks to implement it on our side - this should be obvious for the further timing ....
