I am still having problems with my API connection. Most problems have been sorted but I think this is the last one.
When an item sells on Delcampe it is NOT sending a sold message to richnoddystamps website.
This means when I have sold anything on delcampe I have to manually change the listing on richnoddystamps. This is consuming a great deal of time.

The error you get happens when you try to add more than 5 notification addresses per type of notification. I see in our database that many notification addresses have been added in duplicate.
Do you want me to remove them ?
Remember to enable or disable your notifications rather than creating duplicate ones.

I did a cleanup in our database to remove your inactive duplicate notifications. That way you can add new notification addresses.
Be careful not to make calls to receive notifications. Notifications will be automatically sent to the defined addresses.
I am sorry, I am not a tech specialist....does this mean that all is now fixed, or is there something I need to do. I am selling LOTS of items right now and it is really hard keeping up with orders if I have to keep stopping to remove from my website manually.
OK, I am now slightly confused. Martin my IT man has informed me that he has seen a SOLD notification come through following the sale of an item at 14.38hrs. My interface shows that my site was updated at 14.40. As this item is listed with multiple for sale it is not guaranteed that the quantity available has been reduced but I believe it has.
However, I have not received the usual Delcampe email saying that the item has been sold, after about 4 hours.
Also, when you emailed to say notifications had been cleaned up I went onto my Delcampe page and manually stopped the sale of this item (personal reference CTGB1OC), but this has NOT updated my site.

What is the status on the website of your item for which you have not received an email? Can you give me a personal reference for this object?
For the item you manually stopped selling, I advise you to check with your technician. Your notification is correctly set up and your site must have received it.
So I noticed that 3 types of notification have not been set up:
* Seller_Item_FirstBid
* Seller_Item_Close_Unsold
* Seller_Item_Move
The notification for the manual closing of an item is correctly set. Your server should normally have received the notification for closing an object. I don't think the problem is on our end.
Seller_Item_FirstBid is actually only valid for auctions.
Seller_Item_Close_Unsold is for items that are coming to the end of renewals without having been sold.
I face the same "POST 400 Max number of notification by type reach" while trying to change my notification type Curl_default thru notificationSettingsPost.
I already have 5 inactive/disabled Curl_default notification, as notificationDelete only deactive the notification but not delete it from database...
Could you please help me by cleaning up the inactive Curl_default notifications in the database in order I can add a new one please? Thanks
