GetToken not work since 03.05.2019 13:00h URGEND !!!!!

since 3.5.2019 13: 00h "getToken" is no longer working for SOAP. What is going on now !!!! API- nothing works anymore !!!

here is the detailed log of the autorisation process (API KEY = xxx), returns error "Invalid XML data" since 3.5.2019 13:00h, before it works without any problems. I hope anybody goes not at home if this is not fixed. Nothing works !!!!!

why is the problem not resolved. The entire order processing with DELCAMPE and everything else does not work. There are always incoming orders, which can not be processed !!!!!!!

What does it mean during the day? The day lasts 24 hours. Incoming orders can not be booked for 5 days. Obviously the explosiveness of this problem is still not given enough attention !!!

Authenticate is now running, token is given, but now "GetItemInfo" and i think also any other functions returns now with the same problem (Invalid XML Data).

The fix has been deployed. The Soap API is accessible again.

We just want to remind you that this Soap API is no longer supported. It still works, and we're still providing help, but future developments will not be available for this API.

this dokumentation is only for PHP, we do not use PHP, where is the dokumentation with native XML-Code.
Any why you do not inform your api user if you do not longer support soap.
