To identify Real Photo Post Card with Hotel and Park

Hi everyone,
I would like to identify the location of this postcard. It is a real photo. You can see a hotel called Pennsylvania but there are several hotels of this name on the North American continent, including one in Vancouver, Canada. Could the pond we see be in Central Park in New York Ciry ? Thank you in advance for your always very precious help.

Not Central Park. Looks like some place with warmer climate (type of trees) like southern US or California.
