Any Ideas As To The Location Of This Postcard ?

Hello

This is my first message on here having joined in October and I've had problems from the start along with lots of other people by the looks of things.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could identify the location of this PC which looks to be a school in Northern Europe, possibly the Netherlands / Germany ?

The back is plain so no help there.
