And, who is painter?

The artist signature is M. Duda, probably a Yugoslavian, according to Saleh's "Guide to Artists' Signatures & Monograms on Postcards".

The publishers, "DN" isn't identified by actual name in this book.

Who the publisher is? Well it says so: Stella Bochnia (duh). If you google that you'll find that it's Polish.
