    Hi,

If you search on Delcampe with 'npo', you will find other 'NPO Dexter' cards.

On the verso of one of them, it says: 'Printed for N.P.O. Belfast Ltd by Dexter U.S.A.'.
On another can be read: 'Made by Dexter Canada for N.P.O. Ltd Belfast N.I'.

So N.P.O. seems to be the publisher, while Dexter (both in Canada and in the United States) 'produces' (prints) the cards?

    Best regards,

    Quasar

NPO stands for Northern Publishing Office - who are still in operation in Belfast, N. Ireland, but only I think as a stationery manufacturer & wholesaler. They did operate a chain of retail shops until a few years ago, but these were all bought over some years ago.

They did publish a wide range of postcards, most of Northern Ireland interest, so would be reasonably common here, albeit not as common as John Hinde or Valentines.
