I looked for your illustrator and it could be SUZEL but I don't know if it's a french illustrator or an english one. I hope it's the good illustrator.

Mashburn's Artist-Signed Postcard Price Guide identifies the artist as Suze (France) - based on related series from Cathblain & Bartrim, numbers 50, 51 (Mashburn, p 404).

Where the "el" or "l" came from, who knows?
