    I would say that Wildwood would be a safe bet (although I'm no NJ expert!)

    The City of Wildwood Council minutes of meeting of April 1912 mention bills presented by W H Austin for coal. (Page 95 of minutes, 6 of pdf)

    There may be more but not looked further.

    I would presume that the Council would use local suppliers?
