As far as I'm aware you can upload images only from a local directory, not a remote web site
If the images are on your web site do you not have an original image stored somewhere locally, where it was initially scanned? If not perhaps you can do an ftp download to retrieve them

For several reasons, on Delcampe, we host the pictures. Unfortunately, you can not (yet) use URL addresses to upload pictures. Except if you use our API feature (Dedicated to PRO users having a database of their sales).

If you are interested to synchronize your site with Delcampe (having all items on your site and on Delcampe, and closed on both locations when they are sold), ask them about the API
