    You do not seem to have left any feedback about your problem seller. This is a good way to warn others of your experiences unless you have a reasom for not giving feedback?

    Hello,


    Our support does his utmost to help all buyers and sellers... but we are not policemen, we can not go to seller's home, take items, and give them to buyers.

    The only thing we can do is to ban the seller. This way, we improve the level of seriousness in our sellers mass, so the overall quality of our sellers-members.

    Sorry to say this but this is the truth on any site, we are nor policemen nor magicians...
