Hi Delcampeurs I have a load of Netherlands postcards. Mostly quite modern 1950s -1970s up to 2000

My question is do these sell at all?? Also can someone give me some guidance where I should start as a low auction 'come and get me' start price for all my common cards, would 80p be sensible or is that still too high??

Perhaps I would be better off selling some for postmarks/cancels?? (I know another forum) though many have stamps removed...

They did not cost a king's ransom but I would like some advice on selling them...

I am in the UK so perhaps better selling directly on Dutch site??? I know Holland has a small population but I will try and list topographically to attract buyers.

A number of these cards are for example camping related or have pictures of groups of cars . I believe camping subject is very popular here?? Can anyone give me the keywords for cars/camping in other languages, particularly French, German Italian Spanish.

    Thankyou Plumpostcards

Personally I don't do well with modern Dutch cards - as Nigel suggested, list them as low as you are willing to accept for them.

    As for the translation:

Car = auto in German, Dutch and Italian; voiture in French and coche in Spanish.

Camping = camping in Dutch, Spanish, French and German; campeggio in Italian.

    Thank you for your help.

Does anyone here get to the point with certain cards and say they are not worth listing. Any guides to sorting and listing the chiff from the chaff??
