    Sorry, my eyes aren't that good anymore to read the hand writing.
    The title of the card is: Oberschlesischer Turm mit Bahnhof ....(something),
    so in English: Upper Silesian Tower with (train) station...something.
    I'm afraid I can't make out what the last part of the last word is exactly, although I'm inclined to say "Brücken", meaning bridge.
    So to cut a long story short: Upper Silesian Tower with Station Bridge.

    This card is from Posen or in Polish Poznan - see wikipedia: Posen (polnisch: Poznań [ˈpɔznaɲ]), im westlichen Teil Polens an der Warthe gelegen, ist die historische Hauptstadt der Provinz Großpolen und der gleichnamigen Woiwodschaft. Sie ist ein Zentrum von Industrie, Handel und Forschung und gehört zu den kulturellen Mittelpunkten des Landes. Die Universitätsstadt ist zudem größter Verkehrsknotenpunkt zwischen Berlin und Warschau. Posen ist ein Kandidat für die Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2016.

    It was sent from Posnan (Poland) in 1942 as the stamp shows it on the back side.
