When deciding how much to list them for, I ignore the perforated edge, but I do mention it in my item description.
They often tend to be common views though, therefore of relatively low value.

Hello, I purchased a booklet of cards of New Hamburgh NY. You've probably never heard of it. I already had two of the views in the booklet so I separated them all and listed the two I already had. I listed in the description that they were taken out of a booklet and no one seemed to mind. Not only that but the two cards sold for more than I bought the entire booklet for! If its a rare view, there will be interest! Good luck. DTT
