This has been a problem for some time and you're not the first to try to bring this up on the forum. We can only assume that the Delcampe team is working on a solution. (everyone's S&H is different; there are many different currencies. it appears to be an issue of adding a new field ("shipping") to the selling from.)

I have started to add in my 'message' at the bottom of each 'request for payment' something like "your total is XXX" in the hopes that some read this. I have also refunded the Paypal payment and sent a Paypal Request which includes the S&H (yes, this takes extra effort but for cheaper items, the effort can mean the difference between making some money and having all of your profit get eaten up by the missing S&H.)

It tends to happen too often for my taste but not more than once per buyer so I will assume it's only an honest mistake.

(yes, I know what happens when one assumes. . . )
