Modern Postcards

There has been a recent discussion on the French forum about the "Modern Cards" category. Several sellers have received messages that their postcards have been moved by moderators. (I have had two cards moved.) Have others here had this happen? What are your thoughts?

I don't understand this choice of category or the moves. As an example, Canada has "Modern Cards" as a category. Some 'modern' cards--less than 50 years old?--have been moved; others have not. The US doesn't have "Modern Cards" as a category--perhaps in recognition that this would be too large of a category. Other cards that should be moved--because they are not in the correct place ('Bellevue' in Washington State is a town, not 'a pretty view'!)--are not moved.

I don't mean to be questioning how this site is run nor the choices of moderators (I don't want to be one!) But, Delcampe's categories are the best I've seen on an internet site--and better than many boxes of postcards I've looked through at shows. . .
Is there somewhere I can see where the categories are defined? (to save the Mods time)
