Can someone please let me know about these high value stamps?
How can I be sure that these are the real stamps?

The vast majority of these stamps are forgeies or fakes.

If you want to try and see if yours are some of the very few genuine ones try this PDF file which helps to identify the forgeries. If you still think they are genuine you will to a Certificate of Authenticity from a recognised authority.

As these are not on a cover.
