    A partly answer
    The 80 Pf is 1914 Scott 162-700 $
    Or 1915 Scott 171A-65000$
About the 3Pf . Scott has a 1914 picture without a Scott no.
It could be 1915 Scott 164 without the added overprinted price of 5c.
Valued 24000 $. Or it could be 1914 Scott 151 without the added overprinted 05. Valued 80$.
You have to look for more information. And, recommended, to add another expert signature.
    Most probably-a German expert.

    Correction of my first message:
The 3 Pf is not listed by Michel. Most likely a forgery
    Here is Michel # 1

I thank you for your help. Sometimes it seems to me that Michel does not fully reflect the period of occupation of the German colonies by the Allies. Perhaps the problem is in the lost archives of the German mail. Don't know. I'll go with Scott. I sincerely thank you.

Michel is silent on this matter. Like a fish. Thank you for your help.

Very likely forged overprints on genuine stamp. It is not unheard of for signatures to be applied to genuine stamps by the expert, and then a forged overprint added later. This is prevalent on early Turkish overprints. Or the signature itself has been forged!

    Stanley Gibbons catalogue these as:

    3pf. SG H1 1914, prince mint £150
    80pf. SG H9 1914, price mint £300

The fact that they have a prufer mark on the reverse would seem to indicate that it has been examined by an expert and not marked as a forgery

These are dubious overprints, which I would normally dismiss as fakes, bar the worrying "Bothe BPP" mark on the back which may indicate some other special status.
For the "franco-anglaise" overprints, the 3pf value was not issued without an "05" surcharge.
For both of these items the typeface is clearly of the heavier 1915 form listed by Michel in the 8 to 19 set, for which no 80pf value exists and no unsurcharged 3pf value exists.
You should regard the Michel catalogue as the authoritative source on these, which as it does not list them suggests that these are forged overprints.
