Swedish booklets without gum

I have a number of booklet panes intact. It appears that they are without gum. How is this possible
as the booklets are intact? This also appears on many mint sets. Thanks for your information.

There many more but they too are flat and appear not to be washed. It begs the question why would anyone wash boolets. I thought maybe Sweden Post sold them without gum?

What a great idea, especially where weather has tremendous fluctuations.
It also occurs to me that if the booklets were exposed to too much moisture the stamps
would have stuck together, making it virtually impossible to separate without damage.
