Appears to be of the 1851 design but 6r denomination in 5r colour. Its on the usual thin paper. Is it a cut out from a stationary? Fake, revenue, or maybe an extremely rare previously undiscovered area that will doubtless be worth millions!!

Not a revenue,since "correos" is written on the stamp.
Not a cut-out from a postal stationery,since Isabel II reigned until 1868 and first spanish stationery was issued in 1873
Maybe a colour proof ?
