cancel a sold item

    How can I cancel a sold item because it has destroyed?

    AFAIK you can't.

    You will need to tell your customer it is not available and refund them if they have already paid you.

    If you want the fees back you will need to leave neutral (0) feedback and then claim the fees back.

    Finaly I found it and I cancelled.
    Go to left side "More Links" then "Cancel a sale" leave a comment and cancel it.
    Anyway thank you very much for your answer.
