The latvian stamp should only be imperforated. This is an varanty I guess. The same about the stamp of Bohemia and Mehren. Please help with any kind of information and value.

    Hi!

This set as some other sets in 1919 was printed in four blocks on sheet. In some cases these blocks was separated by horizontal perforation and accordingly the upper row of stamps from lower blocks and the lower row from upper blocks is perforated from one side. If I correctly remember without looking in catalog, the Michel these partially perforated stamps rate with 400% additional value above standard value.

Whereas the stamp from Bohemia Moravia has private perforation.

P.S. There is possibility to meet also the Latvian stamps from this set with private perforation or so called postmaster roulette, i.e., in some postal offices at the time the perforation was made by individual postman using special hand roulette.

    With best regards

    Ugis
