It might help if you viewed your items more critically.

For example you quote Scott catalogue numbers which to 99% of people using Delcampe are meaningless. This is predominantly a site with European clientele so you need to make it easy for them to locate your listings. Very few if any on here are going to search using Scott numbers. It would be better to all give the year of issue with the item description so those using other catalogues (like Gibbons, Michel etc.) can more easily locate your items using the system they use.

Also Delcampe is very different to a site like eBay. You need to have more patience as it can take a few weeks before interested collectors find and scrutinise your listings and a few weeks more before they start to buy. It is not a good idea on here to list quality items at low start prices. List them at the lowest price you would be prepared to sell them at if using auction format or the price you hope to get if using Buy it Now. You can alway change from one to the other format whenever you wish.

You also have very few listings which will easily get swamped by the sheer volume of stuff that goes on Delcampe. Subscribe to a few of the larger online stamps forums and publicise your listings with links etc. Blow your own trumpet on social media - Facebook and the like (I don't actually do this myself yet but am told such actions do result in extra hits on your items and sales.
