Is there a decent free on-line stamp catalogue that one can use?

I do not need it for valuations but simply to keep up with new issues that are being released.

    Thanks!

I have used this site often for phonecards - completely forgot it also did stamps. For me the illustrations are useful as many paper catalogues do not always illustrate every stamp in a set which can make finding them rather difficult especially if a different alphabet is used.

    Any other contributions welcome!

In my own searches I did find this one:

    Link (http)

which I have found useful but could often be way behind the times with some of its listings - but the illustrations are OK though the descriptions can be a little convoluted sometimes.

Thank you for your offer of help with the Italian area.

My main interests are not specialised so a general catalogue is fine for me.

I often use the WNS listings on the UPU site.

    Link (http)

For recent issues since 2002 it's ideal, depending on the country selected, as not all countries seem to register their stamps.

The images on the site are perfect and there's lots of details about each issue.

Wow! I'm ashamed to admit that all three sites you've mentioned above are new to me.

they're all fantastic and I would encourage everyone to check them out!
