    Thanks for help, same I found in Michel only blocks of 5 stamps, but not combined, that´s reason why I try to find answer here, maybe somebody from Japan will help soon, or some special collector of Japan stamps, on back side is no gum,

    It could be one of those souvenir sheets sold at philatelic events, rather like the progressive proof sheets you see around

    This design was re-issued in new colours in 1996 (SG2416/19, Michel 2385/88). I think Xtf70 is almost certainly right though.
