Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply from Delcampe - it's quicker and easier to give CPR to a cushion

The symbol of the ICRC - a red cross - is trade-mark protected which is why you don't see it used for a pharmacy or first-aider

HOWEVER the Red Cross must have given permission to each and every stamp-issuing country to use their device on stamps commemorating the Red Cross in some way, and for the ICRC to attempt to block the sell-on of such items is impossible to justify

If you used the logo to promote your own items that would be a different matter but once it has been incorporated into a design there is little anyone can do about it

I would suggest you restart the item(s) in question and challenge them for an explanation if they close them again

Be careful if you re-list and the item in question is a 'local' or 'private' issue. These are very often unlicensed and you will be breaking the law if you list such an item and very likely your account will be closed.

I state this because many of your items are 'local' issues often for entities with no permanent populations and where the 'authority and validity' for such issues is open to question.
