Hi everyone ? Has anyone had any trouble buying from Estonia ? I
sent for a cover a week ago, paid by PayPal the same day (only 2.6 US $)

My problem is, the seller has invoiced me four times requesting payment. I have replied twice, got no answers, just more invoice requests from the seller. Any suggestions please ? He is listed as an
English speaker.

Needless to say, the item has not arrived here yet.

I paid through the "electronic wallet", so the address should be ok. I will now check with PayPal, to see if the money has been taken. Thanks.
