Mangopay Refund Button Missing

    I went to do a Refund on Mangopay, which is normally so simple, only to find that the refund Button has been removed.

    Why is this ??

    I would ask by the Contacts to Admin., but replies have been taking over a week lately.
    Somehow I think the Forum is a quicker way to the answer ??

    I have the same problem. I am becoming very frustrated with all the issues on Delcampe.
    There doesn't seem that any solutions or answers are coming. It's too bad. I will wait just a
    little while longer...this is unacceptable.

    There is no way of refunding a buyer with mangopay
    There're no refund prompts? What is going on here?

    To refund a sale you need to close the sale. Click the link shown in the image and you get to the invoice. It's possible to close the entire sale (invoice) or pick the item(s) in question and then proceed.

    Yes, but the Refund Button is MISSING !!
    Have a look at the image I provided.

    For one transaction the button is there, for the other it is NOT ?????
    I need to refund one item, not the whole order.

    I'll try to guess:
    Is the top payment amount higher than your current Mangopay balance and the bottom payment amount is lower?

    No my Balance is several hundred dollars, this transaction was for under $10.

    No the button is missing completely. No way to do a refund.
    I note I am not alone as another member started a similar thread.

    No response by Delcampe.

    I do sympathise with the Staff, it must be a very stressful time to be working there, however the forums should be Monitored and responded to in a timely manner regardless.

    My sales have followed the nosedive of most Sellers, as noted in many threads.
    Time to re-activate my e$%^ account with the higher value items.

    This place has dust settling on it....

    Miranda...there is no way of sending a refund older than 60 days on Mangopay. I can not see any solution.
    Please advise.

    That's because items that were sold over 60 days ago cannot be refunded.
    It has always been the case.
    This is also what I said to you by email earlier today. You have received my reply since you have replied to me not long ago by email.
