Why is it not possible to offset the Mangopay credit against the Delcampe fees?
If something like this is introduced, that should be the minimum

I guess the question was, why is it not "automatically" possible. Because with PayPal, DC does so. Automatically!

No, the question was "why isn't it possible?".
But why is it not done automatically is of course also not to be dismissed out of hand.
And the question remains... we could not offset the fees against the Mangopay credit... this option was not offered. We then had to pay differently.

An explanation for this would be nice.
