Hello Admins, hello members,

How can I deactivate Delcampe pay for a period of time?
I just registered on Delcampe pay today and I have got 4 payment in a couple of hours.
I'm desperated, because I have to make invoices for all my customers sent via e-mail and there's no e-mail to fill into the invoices. Also the main problem is that I cannot withdraw to my bank account and when it will be allow it will takes 2-14 days. It sounds to me too long. Actually I'm getting it less than in 10-48 hours all the payments. One more problem is that I have to add my business bank account not a private one. I tried to register myself as a professional member last month and the support told me that I have to start a new delcampe account to do that. Too much work have been invested into my delcampe account (14 years x 365 days x 8 hours) and I cannot afford it to lose it. Any help will be highly appreciated. Best regards,merlion

You can easily disable DelcampePay until your queries are resolved. Just go to sales/paymemt methods and disable or deactivate. You can reactivate any time -

I had exactly the same problem re withdrawals. With paypal I can withdraw from my business paypal account in UK to my private bank account in Philipines in approximately 2 minutes with no fees . So I am unclear what is the advantage in using the Delcampe mangopay/Credit Mutuel system

I was not able to find the deactivating button yesterday,
Now is okay. If Delcampe Pay can be deactivated /reactivated than a part of my problems has been solved but I still have to be trained to use it well. :pc_user2:
