Stamps are sold according to presented images. Unless stated otherwise, all stamps are in at least good to very good condition. Please consult images for determining condition, specifics of stamps are usually defined as:

MNH - Mint, not hinged

MLH - Mint, lightly hinged - meaning that some marks or hinge remnants are present, but in general condition is great

MH - Mint, hinged - meaning that firm remants of hinge are present (this is rare)

CTO - Cancelled to order (or in general, stamps printed to be sold only as cancelled, some variants of FD cancel, or stamps cancelled with other cancels without being used for postage or attached to letter, variants with glue or without it)

Cancelled - (regularly cancelled and usually used on letters etc..)

For lots that are received by customers, and are different from images and description (wrong stamps, defect stamps or partially delivered lots), a refund may be issued.

Good communication and mutually acceptable solutions and agreements are always preferred way of business in such cases!!
