1903 Non-standard circular postmark from Karnali (HV 9) used as obliterator on cover to Kathmandu, franked on back by 1a. deep blue pair, with negative hand-dated Karnali pmk and native arrival cds alongside. One stamp with faults when affixed across the backflap otherwise fine. A rare cover with this postmark.
