1890, Parcel stamps revaluated for the usage on printed matter, 2c on 1,75 L brown, block of 15 on the reverse of an registered letter addressed for Germany. Additional 2x 10 c carmine(one attached over the edge of the cover and therefor damaged) on front as well as an registration label. An very unusual franking. In addition an domestic letter with one single and two pairs of the 2c on 1.25 orange. Multiple frankings of these "Valevole ..." stamps are sought-after.
