1898 10c on 30c grey-green with surcharge double, SG 54b, mint small part OG with surface fault and 3 small tone spots. The second strike of the surcharge is of equal intensity and positioned higher to the left of the first. One of three known examples (only 6 could have originally existed). A significant rarity. Unpriced in SG, a finer example was offered by Spink in July 2020 with an estimate of HK$120,00-150,000.
