Les marchandises expédiées en lettre simple et suivie voyagent au risque de l'acheteur. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée concernant la non réception d'un courrier, la dégradation d'un courrier par La Poste. Les envois sont traités très rapidement et bien protégés afin d'éviter toute détérioration de leur contenu. Les courriers recommandés seront indemnisés à 100% de la valeur facturée en cas de perte ou vol clairement notifié par La Poste.
La facturation des achats de timbres (timbres uniquement) se fait séparément, elle est forfaitaire et facturée 2,02 €. Le regroupement de facturation pour un achat de timbres et d'autres produits génèrera 2 factures et ne pourront pas être regroupées.
