All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
Goedemiddag, welkom in mijn winkel. Hoop u zo goed mogelijk van dienst te kunnen zijn en mochten er verzoeken zijn, geef dan een email.
Het gaat als volgt in zijn werk : u besteld in mijn winkel de zegel(s) of serie(s), die u wenst en betaalt ze dan. Zodra ik het heb ontvangen, stuur ik de zegels zsm op . u krijgt daar ook een email van, zodat u weet dat ze onderweg zijn.
Voor de verzendkosten binnen Nederland bereken ik 2 euro per verzending. De verzendkosten in Europa worden 4 euro per verzending.
Aangetekend versturen is 12 euro, dit geldt voor bedragen vanaf de 100 euro
Hoop u op deze manier voldoende te hebben geinformeerd en veel kijkplezier in mijn winkel.
