All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

POST OFFICE NEW POLICY FOR MAILING ( registered or ordinary ) …It should have contact number of sender and receiver so please provide any contact number. This is for fast delivery purposes in case there is problem with the address. They will not accept mails without contact number.

Phonecards

each GPT or chip card weighs about 5 grams, tamura and autelca much less. same estimate as postcards

and of course there is packaging. the cost of packaging must be added, and packaging adds to the weight of your order

Packaging materials for items such as  magnets, posters, cans, or large photos ,will be more, and could cost as much or more than the item

for any items just message me.

orders must be sent registered , and you will need to sign for it to receive it
and any order that is not signed for will be returned . In this case you need to pay again to have it sent again

orders can be combined or split to save postage

Specific conditions:

non payment-buyers who do not pay within 15 days after an auction closes will have their sales cancelled, unless they contact , and say money has been sent , or will be sent. if payment has still not arrived after 45 days from closing date sale must be cancelled. and in order to to this I must leave negative feedback. so please pay promptly or at least keep in touch. buyers who ignore payment requests will be given negative rating

if you have special requests or instructions just ask. we are very accomodating -

Delivery fees are a major expense; and for many orders exceeds the cost of the items; so it has to be added ; sorry-no more exceptions also, orders paid with paypal must be sent registered mail

natural disasters and holidays:
sometimes typhoons can delay an order. and our post office nearly shuts down between Christmas and New Years , and for Easter and All saints day so orders at that time will be delayed. nothing I can do about it.
