Superbe portrait ancien représentant un jeune homme vêtu d’un riche manteau brun, portant un gorgerin en métal et une chaîne dorée, sur fond sombre. L'œuvre, réalisée à l’huile sur toile, évoque fortement le style des grands maîtres flamands et hollandais du XVIIe siècle, notamment Rembrandt. Le traitement du visage, la lumière douce et le rendu réaliste témoignent d’une grande maîtrise technique.
Technique : huile sur toile
Époque : Probablement copie d’après un maître de la période Rembrandt.
Origine : école flamande ou hollandaise.
État : très bon état général, toile bien tendue, couleur vive, cadre en bon état avec quelques traces du temps.
