Originally released in early 1994, “C.R.E.A.M.” (Cash Rules Everything Around Me) became one of the defining singles of East Coast hip-hop, establishing the Wu-Tang Clan as a cultural force. Produced by RZA, it features Raekwon and Inspectah Deck over a soulful sample from The Charmels’ “As Long As I’ve Got You.” The track’s gritty realism and stripped-down sound became synonymous with the Wu-Tang aesthetic and helped their debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) achieve legendary status.

This U.S. first pressing was issued by Loud Records / RCA with “Da Mystery of Chessboxin’” on the flip side. Copies still factory sealed — like this one — are increasingly scarce and highly sought after by collectors due to their historical importance and original 1994 manufacturing identifiers (RCA spine font, early BMG logo, and 07863-62766-1 catalog sequence).

CONDITION

Still factory sealed in original shrinkwrap with original store price sticker ($4.99).
Shrink shows minor scuffing, light rubbing, and a few light storage creases, but fully intact and tight around corners.
No corner bends or seam splits visible through the shrink.
