0 - 50 g: 7,99 €
51 - 100 g: 9,99 €
101 - 250 g: 12,99 €

All orders made on Delcampe come with 6,5 % additional costs calculated from the price.

Refunds for insured shipments are pursuant to the conditions of Czech Post and UPU.
For international shipments with "normal" countries it takes up to 3 months (usually less, this is the maximum).
Some "less developed countries" take longer and it might be more difficult. Please, bear this in mind.
I refund only once it is confirmed that the shipment was lost or damaged and the refund amount is assessed (for lost shipments, this is usually full insured value) and only up to the insured costs - if you want to save on shipping, you need to take the respective part of the risk. The only shipping option with 0 risk is valuable letter with full insurance (up to 40 € also standard tracked shipments).
If you get your shipment damaged, you have to either reject to take it (then I take care of the refund process when I get it back) or to make a claim yourself AS SOON AS YOU DISCOVER IT (max. within 24 hours + eventual weekend if you post is closed during weekend). Otherwise, all rights to get refund are lost (also for me, this is not a lack of my good will).
