All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

Question = Je suis vendeur. Mon acheteur me signale qu'il n'a pas reçu son objet alors que je l'ai bien envoyé. Que faire ?

Si votre acheteur a payé pour un envoi simple, vous êtes censé avoir envoyé l'objet par courrier simple. Dans ce cas, vous ne pouvez être tenu pour responsable des pertes de la Poste.
Si votre acheteur a payé pour un envoi traçable (comme un recommandé par ex.), dans ce cas, vous êtes censé pouvoir lui faire parvenir le numéro du recommandé ainsi que le scan du récépissé à tout moment. En cas de non réception de l'objet par l'acheteur, c'est au vendeur d'effectuer les démarches auprès de la Poste afin de se renseigner quant à son envoi, d'introduire une réclamation auprès de celle-ci et d'en informer l'acheteur en lui envoyant copie de cette réclamation. Si la Poste déclare le colis comme perdu, elle vous octroie un dédommagement qui ne correspondra pas forcément au montant que l'acheteur a payé pour l'objet. Le vendeur est toutefois tenu de faire parvenir à son acheteur l'intégralité du dédommagement dès sa réception.

Nous conseillons toutefois à nos vendeurs de proposer des envois traçables aux acheteurs afin d'éviter des pertes de courrier.
