Glaive modèle 1833 de chez Pihet Frères, Châtellerault des troupes à pied d’infanterie.

Monture en laiton moulé, pommeau ovoïde surmonté d’un dôme servant de bouton de rivure, poignée à 26 cannelures. Sa croisière est droite à quillons à rouelles.

Lame à section losangulaire de longueur 48,5cm à deux tranchants en langue de carpe. Largeur de la lame à la croisière : 43cm

Poids du glaive : 1,140kg

Poids du glaive avec fourreau : 1,360kg

Gravures sur chaque coté de la lame et sous la croisière.

Fourreau en cuir et laiton de reproduction.

Les photographies servent à décrire le glaive en complément du descriptif.
