All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

RAPPEL : tous les envois sont protégés avec support carton, coins photos, protection plastique ou papier cristal (compris dans les frais d’envois).

-> Pour la France :

1) jusqu’à 30.00 € possibilité entre :
-Envoi protégé sans garantie en tarif lettre verte avec délai postal de distribution rallongé à J+3 : 2.00€ (jusqu'20 grammes) ou 3.50€ (entre 20 et 100 grammes) ;

-Envoi protégé avec étiquette suivi : 2.50€ (jusqu'à 20 grammes ou 4.00€ (entre 20 et 100 grammes) ; conseillé pour vous apporter un minimum de suivi. Attention la lettre est flashée au centre de tri et non au bureau de Poste où est déposé le courrier puis lors de la distribution. Pas d'indemnité en cas de perte.

-Envoi en recommandé (8.00€) sur demande → seule option possible pour bénéficier d'une assurance (indemnité) à hauteur du prix d'achat.

2) à partir de 30.00€ envoi uniquement au minimum en lettre avec suivi.
